REFUND POLICY : 

All sales are final due to the limited nature of our drops and made-to-order production. We do not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind, so please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will review your case to determine if a replacement or store credit will be issued. Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or other shipping providers), Rise & Fall is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, and any shipping-related issues must be handled directly through the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout, and we are not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses or returned due to address errors; reshipping will require an additional shipping fee. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated, and delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with proof of delivery and order confirmation, and customers who abuse refunds or chargebacks may be banned from future purchases.
